This two day workshop will be held at the renowned West Dean’s new venue in the heart Bloomsbury London. In this practical introduction Graham will demonstrate the processes involved in making your own hand hooked rugs, from stripping up used garments or waste Fabrics, to the technique of hooking through a hessian backing . Participants will be guided through the steps to design and make their own hooked piece At the end of the 2 days participants will have all the skills necessary to start making their own hooked rugs .
